How we got Started

In 2011, a dynamic partnership was forged at the University of Miami when Jill and Liz crossed paths in graduate school. United by a fervor for learning and a shared passion for physical therapy, they recognized the need to empower individuals in understanding their anatomy and function for safer and more fulfilling lives.

Drawing from their expertise, in 2023, they embarked on a mission: to demystify pelvic floor issues and sexual dysfunction. Leveraging their knowledge, Liz and Jill meticulously crafted coursework aimed at shedding light on the complexities of pelvic health, enabling individuals to navigate their bodies with confidence and embark on journeys toward safer and more satisfying sexual experiences.
