The Pelvic Collective Story
In 2011, Jill and Liz met in graduate school at the University of Miami, where their shared love for learning and physical therapy led to a strong partnership. Over the years, they realized there was a need to help people better understand their bodies and how they work, so they could live safer, healthier, and more fulfilling lives.
In 2023, they decided to start their own business focused on pelvic floor education and sex counseling. Their goal is to provide high-quality education and support, helping individuals better understand pelvic health and sexual well-being. Through personalized coaching and educational programs, Jill and Liz offer their expertise to help clients improve their bodies, sexual function, and overall quality of life. While they don’t provide physical therapy services, their courses and counseling give people the knowledge and tools they need to deal with pelvic floor and sexual health issues confidently.
With years of experience as educators, Jill and Liz use their skills to create evidence-based courses that empower both individuals and professionals. They offer mentorship services for physical therapy students and medical professionals interested in specializing in pelvic health, helping them build confidence and knowledge in this area. They also provide accredited CEU courses for physical therapists who want to earn credit while deepening their understanding of pelvic physical therapy, making sure all their educational content is up-to-date and reliable.
