"Liz helped me with my severe pubic pain during my 3rd trimester. When I first started working with Liz online, I could barely walk across my living room, let alone attempt intimacy, I was in so much pain.  She gave me individualized counseling that helped me regain mobility and decrease pain so I could walk again! She also taught me how to breathe and push during labor. I had an unbelievably smooth delivery without tearing thanks to her. My midwives even asked for her contact info!"

"After two natural births, an episiotomy, and hysterectomy I was feeling a lot of downward pressure, almost falling, in my pelvic area, as well as pain during intercourse.  I had feelings of stress, hopelessness and shame.  Dr. Liz and Dr. Jill spent time exploring my medical history and concerns, all while making me feel safe and heard.  They helped me move from a place of fear to empowerment by teaching me about the anatomy and function of my pelvic area. I received a personalized routine to help tone my inner core and pelvic floor.  After only a few weeks, I felt improvement in my symptoms and am motivated to continue the work to recover.  Pelvic Floor counseling in a virtual setting may not be typical, but Dr. Liz and Dr. Jill do an amazing job of counseling, educating and demonstrating through their online portal.  I am so thankful to have found this dynamic duo!"

"Let’s face it, vaginal, pelvic, and sexual health are vulnerable topics to discuss; but talking to Liz felt comfortable, safe, and always informative. I saw Liz after a post-partum, debilitating back injury, which lead to a focus on the strength and endurance of my pelvic floor. Liz took the time to ask and answer questions, create an individualized plan for me, and never once made me feel self- conscious or burdensome. She is compassionate, attentive, professional, and knowledgeable. Liz’s care is truly unmatched, and I have experienced an improved quality of life both physically and emotionally ever since!"

"At the age of 62 my doc gave me the bad news that my prostate antigen numbers had spiked.  It was several more months until the formal cancer diagnosis was issued, and fortunately I had Liz on my team to help me understand what I was facing.  Over the course of several weeks she educated me about parts of my body no one ever thinks about.  Not just the muscles, but the nerves, their locations and all the things I could do to help prepare myself.   Under her guidance, I started a rigorous program of pelvic floor exercises, strengthening my muscles for whatever treatment options lay ahead.  Eventually,  I opted to have my prostate fully removed, and I have to admit, hearing the surgeon tell me to expect to be fully or partially incontinent after the surgery was one of the hardest parts of the process.  I still live an active life and love to travel, and while incontinence isn’t a death sentence, it would severely limit what I could do.  The surgeon’s guidance was that I’d be wearing incontinence supplies for at least a year, and possibly forever.

So fast forward now to 3 months post surgery.  My first urology follow up is later today.  My blood work already came back--no sign of the cancer!  But also no incontinence! On that score, I have no issues, but I can tell from how my body operates now, that if my pelvic floor was weaker, I'd be having problems. I had 7 months to follow Liz’s instructions and exercise program--and that made all the difference!

Thank you, Doctor Elizabeth Franze, for helping me get my life back. You are truly amazing."
