Pelvic Floor and Sex Counseling

Booking a virtual 1:1 session with a pelvic floor and sex counselor offers a personalized and confidential opportunity to explore intimate concerns, address relationship dynamics, and gain tailored strategies for enhancing pelvic floor function and/or sexual well-being in a supportive and nonjudgmental environment.

Counseling does not include an in-person physical exam and is not sex therapy (mental health) nor is it physical therapy. Instead, counseling is an opportunity to connect with a pelvic floor expert and sexual counselor to help you address a pelvic floor or sexual challenge you are currently facing. Counseling is excellent for answering pelvic floor or sex-related questions, and helps you achieve your goals with a future-focused action plan.

Examples of clients who have benefited from counseling are: 

- individuals returning to intimacy after surgery or injury

- persons who have incontinence issues (urinary or fecal)

- those returning to sexual activity postpartum 

- those in need of problem solving sexual function and positioning

All appointment types are 60 minutes.

Follow up: $150

Assessment + 1 follow up: $305 (save 10%)

Assessment + 2 follow ups: $413 (save 15%)

Assessment + 5 follow ups: $749 (save 20%)

Cancellation Policy/Fee: A fee of $50 will be charged for any no-show or cancellation that occurs less than 24 hours in advance. No exceptions.
